This workshop is for families who have children with developmental disabilities as well as service providers working with students and their families. The workshop covers: guardianship from a historical perspective, strangers as guardians and alternatives to guardianship (health, finances, supports and services).
Who should attend: families of teenagers/young adults with disabilities /learning challenges, professionals, and interested community members.
